To secure your travel, the non-refundable research fee is required and based on your package requirements, your initial trip deposit will be due upon booking. Full payment is due as specified in your booking confirmation. All payments must be made through our approved payment methods.

Liability

What is your cancellation/refund policy?
If you wish to cancel your booking, please note that cancellation and refund requests must be made directly with each individual supplier or vendor associated with your trip, and within their respective cancellation and refund timeframes.
