What is your cancellation/refund policy?
To cancel your booking, please reach out to us at support@luxcuratedexperiences.com. Below is a summary of our cancellation and refund policy:
Initial Deposit: Non-refundable upon payment.
Cancellations More Than 30 Days in Advance: 100% refund minus the deposit.
Cancellations Between 14 and 29 Days: 50% refund minus the deposit.
Cancellations Between 7 and 13 Days: 25% refund minus the deposit.
Cancellations Less Than 7 Days: No refund.
For inquiries regarding cancellations for bookings scheduled to take place prior to six months, please contact us directly.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing, and refunds will be processed using the original payment method. We encourage you to review your plans carefully to maximize your refund eligibility.
